Personalisation will be entered exactly as you have entered it into the Text box on the product page, If no notes are left in this box, then we will assume the item is required blank. So please do ensure you have double checked all spelling and dates and that you have not exceeded the character count, all details will be stated clearly in the product description. Please note that Spaces are counted as a character.

Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments once the order has been placed so Please DOUBLE CHECK all info is entered correctly and within the character numbers allowed to avoid having part of the message missed off.
