Shipping policy

We Post all over the UK Mainland, unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the UK Mainland at present.

Postage & Packaging is £3.99 Tracked or FREE if your order is £100 or more. 

Our own greeting cards are FREE 2nd class postage.

 

Delivery FAQ's

When will my order arrive?

We endeavour to get your order dispatched within 3 working days. Please then allow 3-5 working days for delivery, Please note that once the parcel leaves us we have no control over any delays with the courier.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your items to arrive, if after 10 working days you have not received your order, please do get in touch.

If you miss at least two delivery attempts and tracking has been provided, most couriers will return to sender or hold for a few days then RTS. To have the item re delivered you would be responsible to pay for the cost of re send postage. SSG are in no way liable. 

We will advise you of dispatch by email.

Clothing & Footwear 

We aim to dispatch clothing and footwear items within 2 working days where possible, our shipping method of choice is Royal Mail Tracked, which ensures secure and reliable delivery. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days AFTER it has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to providing timely and efficient shipping services to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible but we are unable to control any delays with the couriers. 

We would ask you to always allow up to 10 working days to receive your order regardless of the type of item, this would allow for any unforeseen delays, thank you. 

Orders Placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.

 

I Have Only Received Some of My Order

As we want to keep our shipping times down, Some items may come direct from our suppliers, in which case your order may be sent in multiple parcels, you will be kept up to date by email on the progress of your order dispatch.
