📸 Important Information – Your Photograph

To ensure the best possible results, please take care when selecting and uploading your photograph.

For the best print quality, we recommend:

• Uploading a clear, high-resolution photograph.

• Avoiding blurry, pixelated or heavily zoomed-in images.

• Using the original photograph wherever possible, rather than screenshots or images downloaded from social media.

• Avoiding photographs with filters or heavy editing, as these can affect the final printed colours and clarity.

• Checking that the photograph is the correct one before completing your order.

Please note: Your photograph will be printed as supplied. We do not enhance, sharpen, restore or improve image quality before printing.

The quality of your finished personalised bauble is directly dependent on the quality of the photograph you provide. Images that are blurred, pixelated, low-resolution or heavily edited may result in a less detailed or unclear print.

We cannot accept responsibility for print quality issues caused by the original photograph supplied.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have checked your chosen image and are happy for it to be printed as provided.
